MSM - How long have you been in business? KC - 4 years in business
MSM - What made you start your business / why is it your passion? KC - Lost my job and since I like cooking from scratch, old and new, and sometimes forgotten recipes, I figure that people may enjoy the old Polish cooking, dishes that they never have time to make.
MSM - Do you have family that works / supports you in your business? KC - My daughter is helping me in the kitchen. It takes lots of time to make pierogies.... But she loves to eat them too. We have fun, we talk, we joke...
MSM - When the Market closes for the season, how will you spend your Saturdays? KC- I like markets but I am kind of looking to those free Saturdays... And than after few months I will be looking forward to those Saturday's markets and to all the people I meet at the markets.
MSM - Do you have a quote to share about you or your business? KC - " Kaprys catering - where you have home meal without stepping into a kitchen."
MSM - What makes your business unique? KC - Uniqueness of my business.....hmmmm - I do cook from scratch and use natural spices and Herbs, no artificial additions, no food enhancers, no canned additions...just old fashion cooking.
