2011 Hot Ticket Promo - HRMC

A vital component of the Annual Hackettstown Regional Medical Center Foundation Cotillion is the sale of 400 high value 50/50 cash raffle tickets. We're always looking to expand our reach and increase participation even more, so we wanted to remind you of our "Hot Ticket" promotion.  You've probably already heard of it, and it's an easy way for you to participate and possibly increase walk-in traffic (and sales!) in your own place of business.  

 
Here are the details:
 
1) Purchase a Cotillion 50/50 raffle ticket for $100; receive a "Hot Ticket" entry box, "Hot Ticket" entry slips and Cotillion brochures for display in your place of business.
 
2) Display the above materials and accept entries from customers (no purchase necessary) in your place of business from the time you receive your box through the end of business on October 30th.
 
3) Draw the winning entry slip from your "Hot Ticket" entry box at the end of business on October 22nd.
 
4) By October 25th, notify the customer who submitted the winning entry slip that they won and give that winning customer's name, address and phone number to the Cotillion rep who gave you your "Hot Ticket" box.  The raffle ticket that you purchased for this promotion will then be mailed to the winning customer by the HRMC Foundation office that same week.
 
5) If the raffle ticket that you purchased as part of this "Hot Ticket" promotion is one of the three winning raffle tickets drawn on the night of the Cotillion, the HRMC Foundation office will be in touch with you to arrange for a photo opportunity with you and the winning customer for even more publicity and appreciation of your support!
 
The 22nd Annual HRMC Foundation Cotillion will be held on Saturday, November 5th at the Hanover Marriott Hotel in Whippany. This black tie gala is the HRMC Foundation's largest fundraiser, and has become a time-honored tradition in the area.  This year's Cotillion honorees are Honorary Chairs Ralph and Lois Knechel, and Physician Honoree Dr. Stanley J. Skoczylas.  The event is sponsored by The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey, and all net proceeds from the Cotillion will be applied to the expansion of full-field, digital mammography at HRMC.  We'd love to have you become a part of this important fund raising effort.
