PHASE II - Main Street Streetscape Project

Please be advised that the town has planned to put into effect it's next stage of streetscape on Main Street. This work is anticipated to take place in June or July 2011. This project will involve the sidewalks between West Plane St. and Willow Grove Street and Valentine St.and the railroad tracks immediately to the west.

The town does not allow excavation or openings in newly improved streets for a five year period following the completion of the improvements. Therefore if you are planning new utility service or the replacement of depressed curbing at a driveway opening not scheduled to be replaced under this program, please make sure such improvements are installed prior to the start of the town's work.Prior to the start of work, the town engineer will be issuing another notice advising of the times and dates that this work will be performed.
