We've got money to lend to viable small business start-ups and existing operations, but we're having trouble reaching the businesses that could benefit the most. We're looking for applicants that can't qualify for conventional lending, but have a sound idea or a positive track record.

We've just been designated as a SBA 7(a) Community Advantage Lender, one of only 30 lenders in the nation to offer this program. Designed to encourage business growth in underserved communities, the 7(a) program comes with a significant SBA loan guarantee. That means we can say yes to loans that would ordinarily be rejected under other programs.
We can now make long-term loans of up to $250,000 for a broad array of purposes, including construction, renovation, equipment, and business acquisition. And we'll stick with our clients throughout the life of the loan, offering ongoing mentoring to keep them on track.
