Streetscape Update 8-13-10

Rain is gone and we're back on a roll with the concrete pouring. The final pieces of sidewalk in Block 2 have been poured and the final section of driveway into the municipal parking lot in Block 3 have been poured. The second half of Block 3 is being formed and conrete sidewalk will continue to come in.
