Streetscape Update 8-11-10

Block 3 is getting most of the attention today. The entrance into the municipal parking lot is being graded and getting reinforced concrete. Portions of new sidewalk have been poured in front of Stella Gs and they remain open throughout the day. Please use caution when visiting the businesses on Block 3... where applicable, planks have been set up for you to use to access business entrances.
