Streetscape Update 8-10-10

Curbing is being poured in the last section of Block 2 and in the beginning half of block 3. Conduit has also been laid in the first half of Block 3 and demolition will continue on the second half. The grades for the concrete will be very critical in Block 3 since it is steepest and also narrowest of all the blocks in the project.
