This comprehensive, 91-hour Transportation, Logistics, and Distribution (TLD) training program includes:
A 3-hour introduction to TLD careers to provide basic information about the industry and job titles found within the industry like logistics, planning, and management; warehousing and distribution; transportation; and support jobs.
A 40-hour module focusing on the communication and customer service skills that are essential for success in TLD industry jobs.
A 48-hour module which focuses on industry specific information including geography, basic measurements, interpersonal skill development, logistics vocabulary, process flow, use of logistic specific forms, and computer skills such as MRP, TMS, and GPS.
